• Year 1: 30% of net profits retained by Gringo 2D Café

• Year 2: 25% of net profits retained by Gringo 2D Café

• Year 3: 20% of net profits retained by Gringo 2D Café

• Year 4 Onward: Full ownership transitions to the franchisee, without giving up any net profits but continues to pay the required royalty and marketing fee.
